European Political Crisis - Double Standards

Egypt held its historic presidential election after the ouster of Hosni Mubarak, Britain failed to help their favorite candidate Amr Moussa to win the election. Afshin reviews the American and British PR companies that are working for the Bahraini and Saudi governments to distort the media portrayal of the on-going awakening activity in the two states, one of which companies working for the Bahraini regime having close ties with Google.


Afshin also interviews Nick Kochan; author of "Corruption: the New Corporate Challenge" to talks about the European Union's crisis. The political effects of the economic crisis impoverishing millions across Europe and people's dissatisfaction with their governments' policies are also discussed in this episode of Double Standards.
