Why 'Feminism' Poisons EVERYTHING (#cancelcolbert)

Thunderf00t: For someone who says so many stupid things (things like how 'genocide, slavery etc all work to support white supremacy' and that ONLY white people can be racist) she gets a surprising amount of attention from places like Time magazine, and getting invited to give keynote talks at places like Purdue university.

Additional comment by Karen Straughan:
My only nitpick with this video is your use of the male prison population to bolster your assertion that women aren't discriminated against in, say, politics.

While one massive analysis of US election results at all levels over something like 30 years showed no statistically significant difference between male and female candidates regarding the likelihood of being elected, numerous scholarly analyses have demonstrated that women are more leniently treated by the criminal justice system at all levels. In identical circumstances, women are:

-less likely to be arrested
-when arrested, less likely to be charged
-when charged, less likely to be prosecuted
-when prosecuted, more likely to be charged with a lesser offence
-less likely to be convicted
-more likely to be convicted of a lesser offence
-when convicted, less likely to be sentenced to prison time
-when sentenced, tend to receive shorter sentences

..than men. Interestingly, many of these disparities increase as the severity of the crime increases. That is, some of these gender discounts are greater in cases of, say, capital murder or statutory rape than they are in cases of shoplifting or writing bad checks.

If women and men were treated identically by the criminal justice system, the 90-95% male dominance in the prison population would be reduced significantly. By how much, well, I don't have the math skills or the inclination to figure that one out. I wonder if someone were able to work backward from the current prison population and apply all of the quantified gender discounts women receive, what the ratio of men to women in prison would be? Probably still mostly men, but by a narrower margin.
