Yemenis Hold Rally To Slam Israeli Raids On Palestinians + Palestinians Fire Retaliatory Home Made Fireworks Into Israel + 'Two Rockets Fired From Lebanon Hit Israel'

Protesters have taken to the streets in the Yemeni capital, Sana’a, to express their solidarity with Palestinian people in the besieged Gaza Strip, who are currently being bombarded by Israeli airstrikes.
Orwellian UK BANNED Press TV: The demonstrators slammed the ongoing Israeli offensive against the coastal enclave, which has left scores of people dead, including men, women and children.
Chanting anti-Israeli slogans and holding banners, the Yemeni demonstrators also condemned Arab and Western leaders for their silence over the Israeli onslaught.
We came out to show our support for the Palestinian people against Israel, which is carrying out massacres on a daily basis on the people of Gaza. We also want to condemn the Arab world leaders for their silence and inaction,” a protester told Press TV.
The demonstrators also called on the international community to hold the Tel Aviv regime accountable for its crimes.
Nearly 110 Palestinians have so far been killed since Israel began pounding targets in the Gaza Strip earlier this week. Palestinian sources say one third of the casualties are women and children but as usual most of the slaughtered are the men and boys.
Israel has also mobilized 20,000 soldiers for a possible ground invasion of the Gaza Strip.

The Israeli military frequently launches indiscriminate attacks against the Palestinians residing in Gaza, which has remained literally cut off from the outside world by a crippling Israeli blockade since 2007.
In November 2012, Israel launched an eight-day war on Gaza. Over 160 Palestinians were killed and some 1,200 others were wounded in the Israeli offensive.

Palestinians Fire Retaliatory Rockets Into Israel
Palestinian resistance fighters in Gaza have fired a barrage of retaliatory rockets deep into Israel as the regime’s warplanes step up fatal aerial assaults on the besieged Palestinian territory.
Orwellian UK BANNED Press TV: According to Israeli military officials, a rocket fired from Gaza struck a petrol station in Israel’s southern port city of Ashdod, causing a massive blast and fire on Friday.
Israeli medical sources said three people had been wounded in the rocket fire, while one of them sustained serious injuries.
Meanwhile, rocket warning sirens wailed in several Israeli cities including Gedera, Ashkelon, Rishon LeZion and Haifa.
Israel’s US-funded Iron Dome missile system has once again proved vulnerable after failing to intercept retaliatory rockets fired by Palestinians into the occupied territories. The failure of the highly-publicized missile system has sparked panic among Israelis.
More than 107 Palestinians have so far been killed since the Israeli regime began pounding targets in the Gaza Strip earlier this week. Palestinian sources say one third of the casualties are women and children.
The Israeli military has called up some 20,000 reservists for a possible ground invasion of the Gaza Strip.
Palestinian resistance movement Hamas has warned that it is prepared to hit back at Israeli forces should the Tel Aviv regime launch a ground incursion into the coastal enclave.

'Two Rockets Fired From Lebanon Hit Israel'

Two rockets fired from Lebanon have reportedly hit an area near a northern Israeli town, causing troops to respond with artillery fire.
Orwellian UK BANNED Press TV: According to Israeli sources, the rockets, which were fired on Friday, were a couple of Katyushas.
A spokeswoman for the Israeli army said a lone rocket crashed into a field near Kfar Yuval, between the cities of Metula and Kiryat Shmona. Israeli media, however, reported that two Katyusha rockets slammed into an area north of Kiryat Shmona, one of which struck a deserted road.
Lebanon’s news agency NNA also reported that the rockets were fired toward “occupied territories” at 6.30 a.m. (0430 GMT) from the Hasbaya area in Lebanon.
Meanwhile, the spokeswoman noted that the military hit back with artillery fire. A Lebanese security source confirmed the firing of rockets into Israel.
“The Israelis fired back, launching some 25 shells at the outskirts of Kfar Shuba,” the Lebanese source told AFP, referring to a village in the south.
There have been no reports of casualties or damage.
No group has so far claimed responsibility for the rocket attack. However, the Israeli army says the projectiles were fired by a Palestinian group in an act of solidarity with Palestinian resistance movement Hamas, which is engaged in a confrontation with the Israeli military.
Israeli warplanes and drones have reportedly pounded more than 600 targets across the Gaza Strip since Tuesday, leaving more than 100 people dead.
Israel has also mobilized 20,000 soldiers for a possible ground invasion of the Gaza Strip.
