6 in 10 Blacks Have Lost Confidence in US Justice System: Poll

"Ferguson has turned into a lightning rod. ...murdering people, selling drugs, kidnapping, killing, raping, pillaging our community and all under the cover of law!"
Press TV: A new poll shows the majority African-Americans have lost confidence in the justice system following the killing of a black teenager in Ferguson by a white police officer. A New York Times CBS News poll found about six in 10 blacks said they had little to no confidence the investigation into Michael Brown's shooting would be handled fairly. This is while the same share of whites said they were confident in the probe.
The 18-year-old's death at the hands of a white police officer has stirred racial tensions in majority-black Ferguson. The majority of blacks, nearly 6 in 10 think that Brown's shooting was quote not justified, a view shared by only a small percentage of whites. Both groups however were against militarization of the police, they said assault rifles and tanks should only be for the military. Police has faced criticism for their initial response to the demonstrations, which started after te killing on August 9.
