Drunk Girl In Public (Social Experiment)

By You may have heard about the viral video that purported to show how men in Los Angeles would sexually take advantage of a drunken woman on the streets. This video turns out to have been a complete hoax. The men were hired actors whose reputations were severely damaged because they were told they were taking part in a comedy skit and were not told the video would be portrayed as a real event. Even the girl who played the “victim” says she didn’t know they were going to lie and manipulate people into believing a false narrative.
Here’s a case (above) of someone trying this social experiment for real, and we contend that this is what would actually happen in most cases–because on the whole, men are good.

The folks at Model Pranksters are worth subscribing to. They do all kinds of interesting and funny things, and they’ve done other videos that, while it may not have been their intent, strongly challenge misandrist cultural prejudices. See 3 Hours Of “Harassment” In NYC and Domestic Abuse In Public! (Social Experiment).
No, they’re not MRAs. They aren’t anything but pranksters. Often funny ones. But it’s interesting how their honest social experiments so frequently wind up challenging bigoted narratives, isn’t it?
