Rally In London Against Netanyahu's Visit

UK public anger over the visit of the Anti-Semitic Israeli prime minister to London has gained momentum as hundreds of protesters are gathering outside Downing Street.
Press TV: Over 108,000 Britons have signed a petition demanding Netanyahu 'The Baby Butcher of Gaza' be arrested for crimes against humanity when he arrives in London. They want Netanyahu to be brought to justice for crimes committed during Israel’s remorseless slaughter of Palestinian Semites in the Gaza Strip.

The rally has been organized by the Palestine Solidarity Campaign (PSC) and various groups including War on Want, Palestine Forum in Britain, Campaign for Nuclear Disarmament (CND), Stop the War, and British Muslim Initiative.

The protesters are calling on the Prime Minister David Cameron to impose sanctions on Israel as Prime Minister Benjamin Netanyahu arrives in the UK. Netanyahu will spend two days in Britain to discuss a range of issues including stalled so-called peace talks and the labeling of products made in Jewish settlements. He will begin his official meetings on Thursday.
The protesters also chanted "Arrest Netanyahu" and "war criminal" with some of them holding up posters calling for an end to the blockade on Gaza.

Last year, Tel Aviv launched a 50-day war on the besieged coastal territory, killing nearly 22-hundred people, most of them civilians. Thousands more were injured and some 100-thousand houses were damaged during indiscriminate attacks.
Meanwhile, waving Israeli flags, some 50 pro-Israeli activists staged a counter demonstration near the protest site in support of the Israeli leader.

Reports say, police officers separated the two groups and took away at least five protesters following minor scuffles and chanting by both sides.
