So What If Not All Feminists Are Like That?

By : When criticising feminism for its many and varied faults and bigotries I have not uncommonly found myself criticised in turn. Fool! Don’t you realise that feminists are not all the same. There are many different types of feminist, so ranting on about all feminists is just ignorant and irrelevant.”
The first point I make in reply is that I haven’t said “all feminists…,” but just “feminists.” I agree that there is an ambiguity here, since I might be generalising over all feminists or just generalising over some. Feminists, however, are the last people who can complain about this ambiguity. For who has not observed them commit the fallacy of inferring conclusions about all men from premisses about only some men? (Rape culture, anyone?) Exploiting the ambiguity has been the mainstay of their rhetoric for many years. When pressed they retreat to the truth about some men (but fail to retract the conclusion that they have invalidly inferred) and when the pressure lets up they return to using the conclusion about all men.
When I say “feminists this” or “feminists that” I am generalising over the women who have formulated and propagated the central doctrines of modern feminism, and over anyone who subscribes to those doctrines. An illustrative list of the formulators and propagators, in no particular order, would be Greer, Friedan, Faludi, Wolfe, Sharpe, Dworkin, Steinem, Mackinnon, Harding, French, Millett, Segal, Boycott.

Why The US Wants To Keep Britain As It's Closest Military Ally

"The British government is still committed to squandering £100 Billions on the new generation of Trident nuclear weapons, while at the same time it is closing accident and emergency centers in hospitals, it is closing fire stations, it is refusing to address rising homelessness in Britain. ...Each year thousands of elderly people die of hypothermia in Britain because they cannot afford to have heating, but the government is more concerned with trying to retain it's military budget in order to project military power globally and in order to use public resources in a way that enriches private military corporations." Palestinian Demonstrators Urge End To JSIL (Israel) Occupation

The Palestinians have reiterated their call for an end to the apartheid JSIL (Israeli) regime's occupation of their territories during a demonstration to mark the birthday of Islam’s holy Prophet Mohammad (Peace be upon him) in East al-Quds (Jerusalem).
Press TV: The demonstrators on Sunday marched on the al-Aqsa Mosque in East al-Quds to commemorate the birthday of Prophet Mohammad (PBUH).
The march, however, gained momentum as an Arab member of the Israeli Knesset, Ahmed Tibi, joined the crowd. A number of other Palestinian leaders also attended the rally.
During the rally, Tibi raised the Palestinian flag in the al-Aqsa Mosque compound, which has witnessed violent clashes between Palestinians and Israeli forces in recent months.
Tibi insisted that the holy site as well as the whole city of al-Quds belong to Palestinians. He also criticized the United States for rejecting a UN Security Council resolution on a Palestinian state. The Knesset member criticized Washington’s double standards on the Palestinian nation’s rights.

Lars Schall "Informed 9/11 Terror Trading" - CIA Trading Implicated

There can be no dispute that speculative trade put options, that is, when a party bets that a certain stock will drop abruptly in value, spiked in the days around September 11, 2001, even if the US Securities and Exchange Commission and the 9/11 Commission won’t admit it. A lot of people must have had advance warning of the terror attacks as they cashed in to the tune of millions of dollars.

A Few State-Sponsored Fatherhood Classes Won’t Halt The Feminist Assault On Marriage

News just in from Mount Deludedthe Government hopes that by offering fathers a few fatherhood classes we can rebuild the “two-parent family.”
By Laura Perrins: President Ronald Reagan identified "the nine most terrifying words in the English language as”:  'I'm from the government and I'm here to help.' Now at the beginning of 2015, we can update this to, I am from the government and I am here to help you be a better father. Never in my worst nightmare did I think the new year could get off to such a bad start.
The geniuses in the DWP think the Government can put the family back together again. Note it is now mandatory government-speak to talk about the two-parent family, not the married family. This is because Western culture is set on the course of marriage annihilation and no politician wants to appear judgemental.
So it is the wonderfully neutral two-parent family we must focus on, even though getting married is much more likely to result in a long term two-parent family in the first place.

I'm A Father By Default And I'm Gay

Due to a woman searching for someone with good income on Facebook, I'm a father by default for a child that's not mine to a woman I've never met nor even heard of until today. My gay ass is a deadbeat father because I refuse to pay child support for a child that I have zero responsibility for. Physics Nerd.

The Gloves Come Off: Germany Says Grexit "Manageable" As Tsipras Demands Greek Debt Writeoff

With just three weeks until the Greek snap elections on January 25 in which Tsipras' Syriza is virtually assured of victory (unless somehow G-Pap's "new and improved" political party manages to steal enough votes to prevent this, although one wonders what his political campaign will be: "vote for us because this time we know how to avoid a sovereign bankruptcy"), Germany takes yet another opportunity to remind the Greeks that it won't be blackmailed (spoiler: it will) into another year of funding the insolvent Greek state which in turn will pretend to engage in another year of "reforms" (spoiler: it won't). Recall it was on New Year's Eve when Merkel's chief advisor Michael Fuchs explicitly used the "blackmail" word saying:
"If Alexis Tsipras of the Greek left party Syriza thinks he can cut back the reform efforts and austerity measures, then the troika will have to cut back the credits for Greece," he said.

"The times where we had to rescue Greece are over. There is no potential for political blackmail anymore. Greece is no longer of systemic importance for the euro."
