Blind Recruitment Trial To Boost Gender Equality Making Things Worse - Feminist Professor Hiscox's Study Reveals

"We found the opposite, that de-identifying candidates reduced the likelihood of women being selected for the shortlist."
By Henry Belot: A measure aimed at boosting female employment in the workforce may actually be making it worse, a major study has found.
Leaders of the Australian public service will today be told to "hit pause" on blind recruitment trials, which many believed would increase the number of women in senior positions.
Blind recruitment means recruiters cannot tell the gender of candidates because those details are removed from applications.
It is seen as an alternative to gender quotas and has also been embraced by Deloitte, Ernst & Young, Victoria Police and Westpac Bank.
In a bid to eliminate sexism, thousands of public servants have been told to pick recruits who have had all mention of their gender and ethnic background stripped from their CVs.
The assumption behind the trial is that management will hire more women when they can only consider the professional merits of candidates.
Their choices have been monitored by behavioural economists in the Prime Minister's department - colloquially known as "the nudge unit".

Unconscious Bias In Hiring Practices

Ask any Gender-Socialist about unconscious bias in hiring practices and they will undoubtedly mention the glass ceiling, making the bold claim that when gender is considered, women fare worse. This is an effect of the Patriarchy and is supposedly evidence of female subjugation.

By Jordan Holbrook: However, as with all other claims made by the Gender-Socialists, this one does not stand to even a modicum of scrutiny. They, without evidence of this practice in effect, claim that because there are fewer women at the top there must therefore be some invisible hand holding women down. The ends are evidence of the means, obviously. However, here in Britain we have a report, commissioned by none other than Harriet Harman (oh, how we love her!), which showed that 33% of directors, managers and senior officials in occupations with the highest pay are female. Despite 1 in 3 of these successful positions going to women, we are still told that women have it tough.
They also fail to acknowledge evidence from Ceci and Williams who found “that, with some notable exceptions, the playing field is now level for women and men in terms of hiring into tenure-track appointments, tenure, impact, promotion, job satisfaction and remuneration

Why You Should Never Breed With A BPD Woman

By : OK, so I’m writing another article for men about women with Borderline Personality Disorder. This time, unlike others, I am not issuing a disclaimer for the sake of those who have the disorder.
That said, most of my other material has focused on why men should avoid relationships with these women. I’ve outlined the likelihood for the potential hazards borderlines bring with them. Chronic manipulation, false accusations of physical and sexual abuse, self-mutilation, suicide “attempts,” substance abuse and infidelity are just some of a string of possible living nightmares that await you in any relationship you might have with one of these women.
And as hazardous as being attached to a borderline can be, it only gets worse when you break up with or divorce one. As always, my first and only real suggested reaction to encountering borderline women in your relationship life is to run like Forest Gump.
However, let’s assume for a moment that you lack the sense to not run into a minefield wearing snow shoes. Perhaps the allure of the crazy hot sex is just too much. Maybe she has love bombed you Hiroshima-style and you are sitting up on that savior’s perch she built for you, stupidly confident that she will never knock you off. Maybe you just need to be a white knight, being as you can’t handle birds with intact wings. Stranger things have happened.

The 2nd Amendment Comes To Europe: Czech Republic To Enshrine Right To Bear Arms Into Constitution

Daniel Lang
By Daniel Lang: Most people inside and outside of the US believe that this country’s gun ownership rate is unique, but that’s not exactly true. Though America has the most privately owned guns per capita, there are other countries that aren’t too far behind us, such as Serbia, Yemen, Cyprus, and many Western nations like Finland and Switzerland. In most cases, these countries don’t have access to the same kind of firearms that we do, but nonetheless there are a ton of guns floating around in these places.
What really separates the US from every other country in the world, is that we have the right to bear arms preserved in our constitution. Technically, Honduras and Mexico have the same right in their constitutions, but in both cases it comes with a lot of restrictions. Their right to bear arms doesn’t have any teeth. The Swiss are known for letting many of their citizens own guns, but gun ownership for most Swiss citizens is more of a duty than a right.
America stands alone in this regard. We’re the only country with a constitution that gives civilians a clear and explicit right to own and carry firearms. In every other nation, civilians don’t own firearms unless their governments let them.

Netanyahu Fostering Extremism And Fascistization; Israel's Former Defense Minister

LudVan 2 73: Stephen Sackur speaks to the former Israeli defence minister Moshe Ya'alon, who has become a harsh critic of prime minister Netanyahu.
On the face of it, Israel has achieved a form of stability - led by the same man for eight years, locked in a state of hostile non-communication with the Palestinians, confident of strong support from Washington.
But look a little deeper and cracks appear. Prime minister Netanyahu is under investigation and Israeli society appears ill at ease with itself. How fragile is Israeli unity?

Deception Inside Deception: The Alleged Sarin Gas Attack

By Paul Craig Roberts: Seymour Hersh, America’s most famous investigative reporter, has become persona non grata in the American Propaganda Ministry that poses as a news media but only serves to protect the US government’s war lies. Among his many triumphs Hersh exposed the American My Lai massacre in Vietnam and the Abu Ghraib torture prison run by the Americans in Iraq. Today his investigative reports have to be published in the London Review of Books or in the German Media.
From Hersh’s latest investigative report, we learn that President Trump makes war decisions by watching staged propaganda on TV. The White Helmets, a propaganda organization for jihadists and the “Syrian opposition,” found a gullible reception from the Western media for photographs and videos of alleged victims of a Syrian Army sarin gas attack on civilians in Khan Sheikhoun. Trump saw the photos on TV and despite being assured by US intelligence that there was no Syrian sarin gas attack, ordered the US military to strike a Syrian base with Tomahawk missiles. Under international law this strike was a war crime, and it was the first direct aggression against Syria by the US which previously committed aggression via proxies calledthe Syrian opposition.”
